Any questions I have get answers and they don't make me feel dumb when I ask which is a huge plus. If one person isn't comfortable doing a certain cut or design, they recommend someone else there to do it. That's such a great showcase of teamwork. Everyone wins and I wish that support between coworkers was displayed everywhere and more businesses would be more successful if they took lessons from this place. It's very kid-friendly and there's no profanity allowed which is such a relief considering all the different kinds of people that go there.
