"I visited this location for the first time yesterday around noon and I just want to say I’m APPALLED by one of the interactions I had with an sales associates at checkout: I had found a dress that I thought was cute but I wasn’t entirely sure if I was ready to purchase just yet because there were a few other more important things that I needed to shop for first so if I was able to come back later and get it I would. I asked the cashier (not sure of his name but he was a bald male, very feminine) if I could put it on hold and he asked how long I was thinking and I said until the end of the business day that day because I was still kind of thinking about it and I kid you not he told me to put it back on the rack if I wasn’t sure about it because he could sell it faster to someone else who was. Um No, I’m not going to put it back on the rack for you to sell it to someone else because if I decide I want it later- it’s going to be gone. That’s the whole point of putting something on hold. And I’m sorry but if a customer asks you to put something on hold for them, you put it on hold no questions asked- that’s it. You don’t argue with them about whether they’re actually going to buy it or not just so you can meet your sales goals- that’s bad customer service. It took me several times asking him to put it on hold for me and telling him that I’ve never had an issue in my life where a cashier gave me a hard time about putting an item on hold before he reluctantly agreed (didn’t even bother to ask for my name, just took it from me) but at that point I was too riled-up about what happened to come back for it. So I’m sorry you lost yourself a sale (and a potential customer) but honestly do better"

"Great customer service! Quality clothing too."
"Everytime I go to the Nautica store I get treated well. The workers there always help me find what I'm looking for and I never leave the store empty handed."
"I’ve shopped at Nautica for many years. Their clothes are made with quality and comfort as a top priority. I bought a hoodie 25 years ago and it’s still going strong! I’m willing to pay for quality clothing that are well made. But at the outlet, well, you don’t have to. The manager at the Grove City location is tops! Friendly, helpful and always smiling and pleasant. I highly recommend a visit!"
