"In the past it was very busy, long lines but I got good service. Most recently, I was the only customer and they were rude!"
"I recently ordered a grilled cheese sandwich from this location. I began to eat it and a couple of bites into the sandwich, I noticed it definitely didn’t taste right. I peeled open the bread to examine it and it was covered in green mold. I was disgusted! When I spoke with a manager and showed them the pictures of the sandwich, she barely apologized and said “that’s weird” and asked if I would like a refund for the amount of the grilled cheese."
"Absolutely dreadful location, the staff working messed up a lot of peoples orders and while they got mine right something was off with my Americano it tasted like it had chemicals in it. It was undrinkable and I threw it right in the trash can on my way out the door. I’ve never had this terrible of an experience at Starbucks, just the absolute worst."
"Put a dome lid on my coffee your supposed to drink from the lid. So it leaks… great thinking right there. Always just horrible service when I go in here every weekend"
