"Ryan is the best at what he does and that's doing great cuts, at a great price, He also can put design's such as stars and lines in your hair. He is so good, you have to book him by appointment. For the ladies, Jen is there for all your cuts. This place is super friendly and a great place for kids to go. Clarks clippers also does charity cuts through the United Way for children to go back to school looking fresh. I recommend anyone that wants to look fresh, hit these guys up."

"I’ve been coming to Jen (the owner) for haircuts since I was just a toddler. Whether it was here or the previous establishment she worked at, she’s always gave a quality haircut and for a low price. She’s always very personable too, never reluctant to share stories of her own with you as well as listening to whatever ones you choose to share. The location is very cool too, as it’s tucked away in a small branch off of Oil City. Once you walk in the room is littered with historic relics of the once booming oil industry as well as a collection of license plates from all over the country and a couple from Canada and St. Maarten. Very good experience plus a quality hair cut."
