"i worked at a different location for about 6 months as a sales lead so i have a bit of knowledge about how the store is supposed to run and operate as well the expectations. i saw another girl talk about this too about how this one is run so poorly compared to others. no one ever greets you when you walk in here… ever. i’ve been here prob about 3 separate times in the past couple months because of holiday shopping and i have never been greeted once. for such a small store it makes it extremely awkward and the way the lady behind the counter (who i’m pretty sure is the manager) stares at me makes me feel like i’m intruding or something. it’s the closest journeys to where i live, but i don’t enjoy going there. id rather drive farther and go to the one at robinson mall. this store has an extremely unwelcoming feel to it. hopefully they get new management or retrained."

"Visited this location a few weeks ago... mind you I also used to work here. Same location and everything. I know how the store is supposed to run, and the expectations for the employees. The manager was not working, there was a shift lead as well as two associates. Never once was I greeted or approached. The associates sat against the glass display case gossiping and laughing. The shift lead I am assuming was behind the register never looked up from her phone once. This place is really going downhill."

"Both ladies working were very attentative and helpful. I made an exchange and bought 4 or 5 other pairs of shoes and of course sometimes had to ask for different sizes...and she didn't seem to get annoyed one bit. It was a very pleasurable experience!"

"I have visited this journey store numerous times and have realized every time how all the workers are very respectful and helpful except for the manager! How come the person running the store is so rude while the ones getting paid less are obviously helping out the store way more. It just doesn’t make sense to me BTW I forgot to mention how the manager has been endangering their workers on many occasions and that is just uncalled for. I highly recommend shopping at south hills village journey store over this dump."

"I always have such a bad experience in this particular journeys. The manager is always so unorganized, irresponsible, and rude towards customers in the store. She is rude to other employees and has such an immature behavior towards them as well. I like the journeys chain and enjoy going to other journeys in the area (such as the one in the south hills village mall), but I always have a bad experience in this one due to the horrible management."
