"I texted this barber to schedule an appointment and I wasn’t able to schedule (my fault, time constraint). I tried again almost a year later, and was given a passive aggressive response immediately. I inquired about a date and time and the barber replied “did you not read my first message”. You mean the message from 9 months ago? Yeah I read it. Do you not want to schedule my appointment? Cause if that’s the case there’s plenty of other barbers I can go to! Suffice to say that was my last attempt trying to schedule here. Maybe invest in a scheduling service if you can’t handle being cordial with customers."
