"If I could put no stars I would this establishment needs to be shut down until they rehire a whole new staff with proper training and caregivers who are licensed. My brothers wife picked up my niece from this establishment today met my niece hysterically crying in crib. Was told that my niece fell asleep on the floor ( something she never does) then was put in the crib and it is claimed she had just woke up upon moms arrival. But what baby cries hysterically as soon as they wake up? It was a bunch of lies after every question that was asked. The second most alarming thing was my niece had a rash once she got home (supposedly caused by pooping twice?) that was it for us. You cannot treat a baby like this under and circumstances there is no excuse. Please parents don’t allow your children to be anywhere they are being mistreated there is always another route but this place is not it until they get new management or something because what they did to my niece is unacceptable. And I hope whom ever else is still using this daycare leaves. Because the lies lack of accountability and total disregard is sad and sickening. None of these people should be childcare providers. In brief they did not change my niece for 5hrs after she started crying due to discomfort they put her in a crib to cry herself to sleep. It’s disheartening if you don’t want to take care of children please work somewhere else."

"I went in for a tour and I got a horrible first impression. 1. As soon as you walk in it smells like urine. I understand that it’s a daycare but I’ve toured many now and NONE smelled as bad as this one. 2. The director wasn’t even there to give us a tour. She had completely forgot and another nice young lady had to take us to the room my daughter would have been in. 3. As soon as I walked in, there was a baby sleeping on the FLOOR. You could tell they had him do tummy time and he just completely fell asleep and the only reason he was picked up was because we were touring the room. 4. The room looked very dirty and smelled horrible. There was a baby there that had thick snot coming out of its poor little nose and it was not being cleaned. The baby’s did not even look like they were having fun. It was heartbreaking and as soon as me and my husband left we automatically decided this was a ABSOLUTE NO. For what the cost is, you would expect so much more. I would give this a 0 star if I could."

"Both of my kids are enrolled at this center for over 2 years now , at first as a new parent I was scared but after seeing the interactions with teachers and students it was heart warming. The assistant director make you feel so welcome. The center director is a pie she welcomes new families with open arms like her own , her door is always open for endless questions, and provide answers you’re looking for what more can a parent ask for. My school aged child is always excited to go to KinderCare and start her day, Miss Cynthia is very caring and full of patience you ask she delivers, my four year old adores his teacher Ms Ashley, who is very heart warming with the kids, her professionalism makes teaching looks easy. Thank you KinderCare for making my babies feel at home."

"It's wonderful seeing my son so excited about going to this childcare center. He so loves this place that sometimes I have hard time keeping him at home during the weekend! The kids are having fun and learning a lot with all the activities offered. I can do my work during the day with peace in mind knowing my son is in good and lovely hands. The teachers and management staff are wonderful people, very professional. I'm so grateful my son is going to Germantown KinderCare!"

"I absolutely love KinderCare Learning Center. I feel so blessed to have found them, The love and care that go into taking care of my children is just amazing. I never imagined being so comfortable with others taking care of my children. The staff is wonderful, the management is amazing and my boys are always excited to be there. The teachers welcome them and send them home with open arms & big hugs everyday. The summer camp activities are always something they look forward to attending as well. The support they have provided me with my school age son has been such a blessing, he started kindergarten this school year and the Teachers at the center have been so helpful with logging him into class and making sure he stays on task. The Center Director and staff have done such a great job making sure to follow all CDC guidelines during the pandemic to keep our lil ones safe. That is something I am extremely grateful for.
