"Went in, on 9/12/2023, asked if they knew how to griptape boards, a nice gentlemen said he knew, then procede to spend the next half an hour going over designs and styles with me untill it was litteraly impossible for me to not be impressed with what he did, really made my day. I forgot to get his name, but if you hate gripling boards, please check them out"

"When you live locally an this the only skate shop close,you cant go wrong..they got everything you need to get back to skating! You need a board? They got it..Need wheels,bearings,trucks,ect. They got it! Love the collection of clothes too! The employees are cool too!"

"My experience at this store on Saturday, 11/26/2022 at about 2PM was terrible. We were not greeted when we walked in, perhaps because the music was too loud to think or hear. We were not presented any promotional sales and there was four workers. Me and my significant other were the only customers there. Three of the four workers asked one young man to get shirts off the display for us, let us in the fitting room, and check us out all others were “hanging out” on their phones. We won’t be returning."

"Was at the Grove City location about an hour after the store opened to purchase a few new skateboard decks recently. There was 2 girls working. The one who seemed in charge was extremely rude and short when asked what the process was for getting decks down off the rack and then proceeded to slam the ladder around mumbling under her breath. As I was looking at decks again the one who seemed in charge was still mumbling rudely and then went back to sit behind the counter on a computer. On 2 more occasions on this trip I went to the counter Trying to ask questions and was completely ignored. My wife and I left in disgust without purchasing anything. Waving and saying goodbye only to still be ignored. We have purchased at least 10 complete decks and uncountable other items at this location and they always screwed up our points in the past and they never showed up on our account . Customer service was no help even with receipts. That was what it was. A bummer. We have 5 skaters in our house. But this visit has ensured we will no longer buy from Zumiez in the future."

"My sons and I visited this location last week and they left one of our bags inside of the store. We live about three hours from this location but thankfully one of the employees found our bag and held it for us. I was able to do a ups shipment to have my bag delivered to my home and Mackenzie the store manager was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. I am super grateful to have encountered such sweet staff and I hope they are able to hear about a good review! Thanks again Mackenzie and staff for your help!"
