"Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and DO NOT send your children here. This facility is a joke! They are closed more than they are open. Skiff of snow- closed for days. Wet roads- closed again. COVID positive staff member- closed for 2 weeks. That was all within a month! Do you think they’d work with families financially that had to pay for other care during those times? No, they’ll tell you it’s your loss! Their communication is terrible. I had to leave numerous voicemails and send emails to multiple staff members to get a response about their reopening date. They looked at the wrong child’s name on their list and then misinformed me about his return. The management are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. When you have a problem or question they’ll just tell you that you need to talk to the school board, and it’s nearly impossible to get them to contact you, since they won’t give you their contact information. After paying for weeks of care that wasn’t provided we decided to terminate his care with them, of course you can’t get in contact with them so on top of all the money we already paid, they still wanted a 2 weeks notice on termination and charged us for it also. When we told them we had already paid for numerous weeks of care that wasn’t provided they told us they would send us to collections if the 2 weeks notice wasn’t paid. After all my issues with them I decided to dig a little deeper into the daycare only to find out that many families have had issues with them and if you look on Indeed.com previous employees talk about how horrible the management is and the things this daycare “covers up.” I hope if you read this lengthy review it will help you make the choice to choose a different daycare facility for your child and family, because this one is not worth the headache it will cause you! We now have a private babysitter for our son, and she is wonderful! She keeps us well informed about his care and is easy to communicate with. I should also mention that it’s impossible to tell what happens inside this daycare or to reach anyone in person considering you cannot go inside to tour the facility or meet the management or staff due to their current protocols. You drop your child off at the door in the morning and they bring them out to you when you arrive to pick them up and the only communication you have is through the app they use. There are no cameras inside available for parents to see their children either. The bottom line is, just don’t take your children here!"

"Most UNPROFESSIONAL adults I have ever dealt with. The girls who actually watched my child were the best. I would have handed my money straight to them if I could have. I wouldn't wish this headache on anyone. Do yourself a favor and find another daycare center."

"THIS DAYCARE HIDES ALOT OF INFORMATION FROM THE PUBLIC. This daycare center is the only before/after school program available at my son’s school. NOWHERE on their website do they tell you that they grandfather in families from previous years or that registration opens up to them first and to everyone else later. Nor do they update their website with the fact that they HAVE no spots available BECAUSE of the above mentioned rule. Their website simply says when registration opens. No mention whatsoever that there isn’t actually any spots to register FOR. I was told spots only become available when children “age out” of the program. YOU THINK THAT KIND OF INFORMAITON MIGHT BE IMPORTANT TO POST ON YOUR WEBSITE???!??????"

"My child was attending before and after care with little Eagles in his school. The care givers were excellent and worked well with his dad and I. Unfortunately, our son is having behavioral issues which we are addressing with counseling in and out of school. He had outbursts while in their care and we were given a warning letter saying that if it happened again he would be dismissed from the program. Peter and the director acted very concerned yet told us that our son couldn't come back and we needed to figure it out and said my five year old could catch a bus ( there is no bus for pre k). They were completely disrespectful and demeaning and I would not recommend them to anyone. They have no hearts"
