"I bought a hat, as a gift, but was informed that the recipient would not like or wear the hat. Two days after purchasing, with all of the tags and stickers in tact and my receipt in my had, I went to return it, only to be told that they do not do returns (as the young cashier politely pointed to the 8 1/2 x 11 discreet sign that states they do not accept returns). The clerk proceeded to feed me a story about the no return policy being due to the type of cash register they have and not being able to track things ... really? I have a two day old receipt in my hand ... how much tracking is needed? I was not aware that a business had to have state if the art equipment to track incoming, outgoing and/or returned merchandise. How many other places do not take returns? Needless to say I won't be back to purchase any more over priced WVU items."
