"Unbelievable is the one word we'd use to describe our experience with Superior Woodcraft. Every aspect from start to finish was well researched by Michelle (understanding who we are and what we wanted in a kitchen); well thought out (again Michelle) to address our lifestyle; superbly designed (by the fantastic Amanda) and expertly & efficiently installed to perfection (by Zach). Not to mention the team members behind the scenes that created the most beautiful cabinets we could imagine. The quality of the cabinets and workmanship of the install was definitely a 10! We just love the entire kitchen and every little detail. We keep saying to friends that we can't imagine working with any other company - there was not one second of anything going amiss. And it's the little things that mean the most - whether or not to put hanging pendants vs all high hats - we chose high hats at Michelle's recommendation and as promised, they really opened up the whole kitchen. The type of and place to purchase our counter (Suburban Granite) ; sink; faucet (GSI D-town); connecting us to the best floor refinisher (Tim Lott). They even made suggestions as to how we should change a door leading to the basement so that it fit the design. And somehow they managed to create much more storage space along with usefulness in the same footprint. Every detail in the process managed to perfection! And then, there's the new friend connection. We really feel like Superior is more like family/friends than just some contractor. Highly recommend and happy to show off our kitchen to all that visit!!"
