"While it’s good to support small business, be aware that small business can’t really offer any customer service . I purchased a $125. Pillow and got it home and discovered it is way too firm. It is more like a firm cushion, than a pillow. I went back within the 7 day return period , aware that I could only get store credit, but was advised that that policy would not apply to the pillow. Then we discussed the possibility of replacing the insert with a softer one. I received a call back with a response , in her most joyous happy voice that Lee doesn’t sell inserts separately but maybe I could buy one at Bed Bath and Beyond. I was expecting the store to exchange the insert at their expense, not spend additional money on this already expensive pillow. Perhaps next time I will just go to Bed Bath and Beyond in the first place."

"Shop had lots of great items! I also believe in shopping local to support our community. I was going to buy a few things; however, i was the only customer in the store at the time and the person at the counter never acknowledged me! If this was the owner she definitely needs to learn service skills. Maybe it was my casual attire, but I sure didn't feel welcome while I was there."
