"Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. We had multiple roadblocks with our designer and any time something went wrong she tried to blame it on us. Supposed to provide design support yet sent us on our own to multiple vendors in search of countertops. When my husband tried to question anything she became argumentative and defensive. I called the owner Kim and while initially thought we were being supported in our very pricey kitchen remodel, it ultimately fell on deaf ears. Finally had to seek out another designer to complete the project and never heard from them again. This company came highly recommended from a friend who was also in the process of a kitchen remodel who by the end had the same experience. For such a big project that we waited years to do… this was a huge let down and I highly recommend looking for a different company who can bring your project to completion."
