"Twice now I’ve showed up here at noon (12pm) on a Tuesday to get a hair cut. Both google and the sign on the door show they open at noon. I stood here for 15 mins both times and called three times with no answer. The first time (three weeks ago) I gave the benefit of the doubt and came back later in the afternoon; I was told the person who was supposed to open had an emergency. This time there are three of us waiting outside and we all left. I won’t be back again. Either update your hours online and on your sign accordingly or open when you say you will."

"Fantastic place. I've been coming here to get my haircut for the past two years. I used to live in Bethel but still make the drive from the North Hills to come here every couple of months. The place is privately owned and operated. They used to be known as John's Barber shop but recently rebranded themselves as Top Tier Barber. Everyone is very thorough and careful. They make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a hair cut, but that might change as they draw more customers. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, old school barber in the area."
