"I used to like going to this salon until a few months ago when my usually stylist was on maternity leave and saw someone else to get my highlights re-done. I left the salon and got home only to realize that my hair had fallen out in different areas on the top of my head due to over processing of the bleach and NOTHING was said to me about it!! I contacted the stylist (Johnny) and he looked it over and said he didn’t think the missing parts were “all that bad”. I was in shock over the response so I contacted the owner and was offered a “conditioning treatment”. She did not even offer to refund my money. Fast forward 3 months - I can’t get my hair highlighted because my hair was so damaged so I’ve just been trying to let it grow out and and those hairs that were damaged STILL have not grown back! Or maybe they did grow back but they keep breaking off, I’m really not sure but I’m very concerned. Ladies… please be careful and do your research. I’ve had my hair highlighted so many times in my life and I’ve never had anything like this ever happen to me! UPDATE: My original stylist (Kylie) reached out to me, as she was not aware of what happened, and she worked a miracle on my hair. It still has alot of damage, but she was able to fix the color and give me a nice hair cut to blend everything together."

"So, I’m posting this review after I called the salon to speak with the manager, Kim about my complaint, only to have her refuse to get on the phone or return my call. My daughter and I both went in for simple “haircuts” no layers, just trimmed on the bottom. Johnny, although a super nice guy, totally “jacked” our hair up! Please see attached photos, my daughters I tried to fix some because she was crying! Rude staff taking absolutely NO COVID precautions! To Kim the manager, it is very irresponsible of you to hire stylists who cannot give a simple haircut and then extremely unprofessional not to call someone back! Update: after I posted review, Kim called offering to recut hair, but denying refund. In response to your reply: First off, that took about as long for a response as you to return my call. Secondly, obviously you don’t have manners at all… very rude response from an owner. Thirdly, you wouldn’t give my money back that I asked to come get! Saying, you wanted my address instead and implying because of my accent, I didn’t live here! Very unprofessional and inappropriate. I never asked Johnny to NOT wash my hair… actually, I was surprised he didn’t! I’ve NEVER had a dry cut, but I’m not the one here with a cosmetologist license! That’s on you and your staff!I told you I couldn’t come back in due to my daughter having a serious health condition that severely compromises her immune system(chemotherapy drug)and your salon taking no precautions what so ever. I told you this and you didn’t care at all! You should be ashamed for being such a hateful rude business owner!"
