"If you enroll in their plan, don’t expect them to be able to accommodate sick visits. You’re basically paying for a “benefit” that you will not get. They are overbooked and understaffed. Every time I have tried to make a sick visit appointment, I am told to take her to the ER vet, so I can spend double the amount. If they do agree to see your dog, be prepared to drop it off early AM and leave it there all day, so it can sit in a create, until someone can spend 5 minutes to take a look. Unfortunately, it’s not worth it. I will be terminating my plan."

"Wish I could give them zero stars, as they have zero regard for their clients. The staff is insensitive. Their vets do not respond to urgent matters and are borderline unethical. Never again will I subject my pets to this establishment, as the harm is simply not worth it for a low quality, bottom-of-the-barrel practice with apathetic staff, disorganization, and a blatant disregard for the most loved and important members of our family. Please cease and desist subjecting the community to your filth, Banfield."

"Always a great experiences. All the staff are wonderful and know my pets and their personalities. So it's always a nice experiences for me and as far as the vet goes, about as good as it gets for my pets!"

"Took one of my cats here a few years back and absolutely the worst experience ever which ended up leading to the injury of my cat after staff had been informed of his pet carrier anxiety and ensured us that it would not be a problem. The nurse and the vet were highly unprofessional and refused to give us the proper and full discharge paperwork and neglected to include the injury that was sustained because of their negligence and stated that he came in because of the injury that occurred at their facility due to them changing our appointment time with no notice. The corporate office was contacted the next day, and we were informed that someone would reach out to us in regards to what happened, but no one ever did. I would avoid this vet office like it was the plague. I will never recommend going here to anyone. There are so many more amazing options in Frederick. This office has never gotten my business since said incident, and I have told everyone I know to avoid them. If you choose to go here anyway, then don't say I didn't warn you."

"The vet was really great. My friend took her dog and I went with her. The office gave her a timely appointment. The vet techs were really nice. The vet took time to find out all about her dog in general and then got down to specifics and was very thorough. The dog was treated well, and in turn, he seemed to think they were just nice people that were giving him treats."
