"I’ve visited this store many times and it used to have great customer service. This time I was there three times in a row because of Christmas shopping. However, I am not sure if it was because of the holidays that every associate seemed to be absent and with poor customer service when approached. Also, the store had an unpleasant odor, specifically dog poop, for days which made it hard to shop. I politely stated it to a sales person and requested for them to please at least spray some scent since I am pregnant and very sensitize to odors. The girl acknowledge the bad odor, just smiled at me and walked away. Nothing was ever sprayed on my visit that day and the other two days I went back it still smelled the same. As a customer, I just want to say that it was very unpleasant to do shopping in this store and it would be great if some attention is given to the staff. I am sure this is a collective behavior because they all seem to be unhappy, short on answers and basically just ignoring customers. I got a few gift cards from H&M as presents, but I will make sure to use them at another location. Sincerely Kata Sepulveda"

"Customer service needs a lot of work at this location. Employee this morning was much more interested in playing on her phone then being friendly. Be careful of the quality also. Lots of the pants are tattered and having threads coming off. Other locations are great and much less rude!"

"The worst shopping experience I’ve had so far. I found a cute black swimsuit which I need by this weekend and found it on the sale rack with the liner still in tact. However the tag was torn off by someone. I spoke with the lady there who said she was the manager and she said since there was no tag that she had to go look for another item to ring me up. I asked her if they’d honor the sale price since that’s literally WHERE I found the item and she said no. Then she switched on me and said I couldn’t even get the item because there was no tag on it?? When I asked her what that means she said basically you CANT buy this item!! What the heck? So H&M as a company would rather throw away and waste a perfectly good piece of clothing and she said they would need to “ship it back” or incur it as a loss just because there was no tag on it. I’ve shopped for countless years with countless brands and never ever had this kind of shopping experience. Typically at the least a store associate would ring you up for a similar item using the tag they have. She literally just wanted to go upstairs, make other customers in line wait 5 minutes, just to tell me “you cannot purchase this item.” I was excited when I tried this item on and it fit me, as I do not have an easy time finding items in X-Smalls, and this store is bad at carrying this size as the other suits she brought down were ALL larges. So don’t expect to find anything in your size if you’re a smaller or petite lady. Literally so wasteful as you could have sold that item to someone willing to purchase it, made money, but instead you have to throw it out to follow a stupid protocol while ruining a loyal brand buyers experience and now opinion of this brand. An example why I won’t be supporting this fast fashion company ever again. Avoid H&M. They don’t care about their customers, or the environment and product wastage."
