"horrible customer service and the worst part about it, the MANAGER is the most disrespectful!! Would never go back to that store even if they had the only pair of shoes left i wanted!!! all the sales associates are rude. There was this one associate that was pleasant all the times ive been at that store and i forget his name tall white kid! They are rude un professional and i would highly suggest shopping at other stores, because who wants to buy a pair of shoes and get Snapchat for even asking question!!! get it together Hibbett you need a whole new staff!!!!!!"

"If it wasn't for the good choice in hip hop being played at a volume that sounded great but maybe a little too loud for a shopping experience, I would of had no idea anyone even worked there. As I spent 10 to 15 indecisive, non-choice making minutes perusing the Nike stock on the wall, not a sole or soul offered to help me or ask if I needed help, I did see a glimpse of a shadow in the doorway back by the counter out of the corner of my eye, but I had been up for a couple days so it of been the shadow people lurking...."

"Terrible customer service. I have had numerous issues eith hibbett I don't even kno why I continue to buy from them. Phone customer service is rude. Nothet ever gets accomplished. Will tell u they will give u a coupon code for your troubles but then the code never works and they basically are like oh well. Requested numerous calls back from managers. Managers just as rude. I wanted to talk to someone at corporate. Google rhe number left a voicemail and never even got a call back from them. Just terrible company to deal with!!!!"

"The store is very organized. But there were some things that stood out to me in not so great a way. The first was that I specially asked for a pair of shoes in a specific size. The staff told me that they didn't have that size or that they were shipping out the size that I did want. But that wasn't the issue. The issue was that I was brought a completely different show that I didn't even ask for. Which took me back a bit. The second was that I was signed up for an account I didn't even want. So now I have ro un-subscribe all because of this."
