Today was my third time there to get measured in a few years after multiple body changes from gaining weight, breast feeding, and losing some weight! My go to place."

"Went in to measure. Was left in the waiting room between bra sizes and changes. For several minutes. Their was 2 sales persons. And one was on register and other was working in back. Then they would change up. I went in at 10am and got in for fitting and got right in. But didn’t leave until 1140 to get out. Too long of a wait."

"Hi had hoped I had found a place that would properly take my measurements. The young lady quickly guessed at my measurements ... then measured me, brought me two padded bras. I am a 36 DD, do I need a padded bra, NO! I said I don't need a padded bra for goodness sakes. She said, oh." She went back out and got me two more bras in that size neither fit me, It's the cut of the bra that makes a difference not just the size. I waited hoping she would return to see how they worked for me ... I waited and waited and waited, finally got dressed and left. I know she's was busy working the register. Why don't they have a dedicated fitter that works with the customers. I've had a better experience with fitters in Penny's unfortunately, they don't have one anymore. So, I went to Nordstrom Rack and found two bras that fit me well and am wearing as I write this review. The experience in Sonoma was most disappointing ... I will never go back."

"*Edit for what made my experience great: I drove an hour out to try on a bra. Not only were they pleasant on the phone, but when I came in, I was treated with care & kindness. The lovely woman who set up my fitting room was helpful & kept coming back every few minutes to make sure I didn't need anything. I have been looking for this type of quality shopping experience for years! I'm SO glad that I finally looked into their stores. The SOMA that is near me, was the first one I went to & they were just as helpful & kind. They helped measure me, & then (Hello! GREAT idea! Pay attention VS!) gave me a box with a sampling of all their styles in my size!!! They take into consideration that all women are built differently, & all styles are cut differently. Thank you!! They even had size 38G! I ended up taking advantage of their pajama sale when I went, as well. The woman that helped me was now at the counter, knowing that I needed to order my size after trying things on. She didn't make me wait on the now long line that had built up while I was in the fitting room, she took me immediately, put my order in, & I was happily on my way, feeling very contented. Keep up the awesome work!!"
