"I absolutely would not ever patronize this shop again. I'm half black and have thick, curly hair which is obvious by just looking at me. The owner told me he could handle cutting ethnic hair so I decided to give it a try, as I was leaving the following day for vacation in California. I waited in the shop for over an hour while he cut the hair of the people in front of me. When it was my turn he told he "didn't have time for this" but ONLY AFTER he began cutting my hair! When I asked him if he needed me to brush my hair out, he replied that he had to go pick up his kid. As far as I'm concerned, that was an extremely rude and unprofessional way to deal with someone who is unlike the normal clientele. If he didn't know how to cut the hair of an ethnically ambiguous person he should have just said so rather than wasting my time. Never again!"
