"I went to Tenin a month ago. I was looking for a shop due to my regular stylist having to cancel on my due to getting sick. I was able to book with Tenin last minute and she took excellent care of me. Fast forward to a month later, and she's usually off on Sunday, but she was nice enough to come open up and get me in. Her pricing is reasonable and she's very helpful."

"I'm giving Tenin's Salon ONE STAR for a few reasons. The positive they were open on time and I was there for two and a half hours. Other then that I COMPLETELY dislike my hair. As you can see in my pictures the first one is the finished product and the second picture is what I asked for. I can respect someone more if you just let me know up front you can't do it. Especially, when I said i did not want them to be straight back. I'm going on vacation so I did not have time or money to waste. I was misquoted the prices, when I called and explained what i wanted something that should on been no more than $120 was way to expensive. NOT TO EVEN BE SATISFIED. Also she used products in my hair without even asking if it was okay. I cant get my hair wet because the loops are up and act as if they will slip out sloppy work. I tried calling and no one is answering the phone another problem bad customer service. There was a movie playing with witches and demeans which I feel was very inappropriate!"
