"Booked an appointment with @hair.by.jani_ 2 weeks ahead of my the date. I expressed to her I had a PHOTOSHOOT the day of the appointment and I would really want her to do my frontal. I went out and bought a $130 frontal. We had a nice ending conversation and she acted like she was excited to do the style I wanted. I drove an HOUR AND A HALF down there to make it at 10 oclock AM. Once I told Janiah Brown “I’m 4 minutes away!” She said she has to reschedule. After I EXPRESSED to her that I drove a hour, I have a photoshoot at 2:30...... She says she won’t be back until around 2p lol. The worst, so unprofessional, she didn’t even contact me to let me know ahead of time. I will never schedule an appointment here again. She said she can send me my deposit back lol... Hun, can you send me my time back? My photoshoot deposit back? My makeup appointment back? She needs to do better."

"Although my granddaughter's hair came out EXACTLY how she wanted it, the wait time was ridiculous! She went on her birthday, never again will she go on such a day, for her 12 pm appointment and wasn't finished until after 8pm. She got a "half-up, half down" style but because her stylist stopped braiding her hair to do another client's full service, my darling waited and waited. We had to cancel her evening dinner plans!!!!! Although her stylist was nice, she seemed quite unbothered by her decision to put my granddaughter off. Still, my granddaughter wished to go back to her and made another appointment. She called us the same day as the appointment to cancel and hasn't answered her phone since. Mind you, we still paid her in full and gave a tip and not once gave negative energy as our granddaughter was happy so we felt we had no right to ruin anything for her. So we are unsure as to how we got here but hey, there are other salons to choose from."
