"Bob came out to my house; spent time measuring and discussing our kitchen remodel. Sent 1 design, not what we discussed for the plans, after we had to call and remind him. Did not respond to any other email after that."

"My cabinets chipped within weeks of installation. A few years later, the cabinets fell off the wall and almost crashed a family member. We discovered they used incorrect hardware and inappropriate nails to hang the cabinet. Top value would do nothing to replace, repair, or compensate us. The cabinet for our garbage also fell apart and again, we discovered that the wrong hardware had been used-masonry nails instead of nails for wood. I would never recommend using this company for anything! They were rude and would not stand by their poor workmanship."

"This company went above and beyond for our kitchen renovation. Bob was our sales guy and he informed my husband and I on every option and possible configuration for our kitchen cabinets. Bob and Kevin, who headed of our install, wowed us with their professionalism and put our minds at ease. Our cabinets came in as ordered and were promptly installed. Any questions I had were answered immediately and there were no issues. I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge, product, professionalism, and service team."

"I am a widow who previously had top value kitchens due to kitchens for me when my husband was alive. Back then the owner was Steve. I never had any issues with any of the work or the kitchens being put in period apparently the new man who has taken over Bob forgot or didn't go over the contract with me and expected me to read it by myself which being a woman my fault I'm 68 years old I probably should have read the contract but because I trusted the name I did not read it over I have since learned that him being the contractor should sub contract the plumbing out I now have to get my own plumber he also did not pull a permit which now hes telling me that it's my place to pull the permit which as the contractor he should have pulled the permit and not expected me to do it the sync is not included in the in the kitchen I have to go and purchase my own I have to go purchase my own faucets and when they went to about the old kitchen apparently the plumbing was leaking and they don't fix that which I did not know because I never had problems before with top value kitchens and now I have to get my own plumber I would never ever recommend top value kitchens to anyone when Steve on the place yes the new guy that has it absolutely not I feel that he took advantage of me being a woman didn't go over the contract with me all he did was show me the layout I do know I should have read everything before I signed it and now I'm stuck women do not go to this man to have your kitchen put in he takes advantage of women and doesn't explain things to them"

"Update: Lowering to 1 star. After another 6 week wait, only 1 shelf came in of the two I said were missing. Are you kidding me?! I demanded they have the fabricator IMMEDIATELY overnight me one and demanded the owner call me to explain if they can't guarantee it will arrive in 5 days. Mixed on this place. First - probably my own fault but I didn't know what I was getting into going here at the recommendation of my contractor. Sure, some nice stuff but the cabinets I wanted with the finish, countertops (formica) were close to 8k. Alot of it was working with the salesperson there that used alot of auto-cad-like software to show it and pieces. This was all custom work and I probably should have just got some stuff from Lowes or Home Depot and paid my contractor to paint it after for under 2k. Either way, that was my cross to bear and I take that fully as my fault but this rating wasn't based around that. The owner was helpful when I called in to complain that the fabricator had put in the wrong dimensions on the countertop - 3" too short!! Told him to come get it and refund me. He did. Was very pleasant about that and they dropped off a check and took what I assume to be a remanent piece out to resell. Went with a local granite dealer who was just 200$ more than the formica. Love that piece. Was custom cut and installed in 3 days. The counter-tops were damaged on the other tier units in shipment, and those took an additional 5 weeks to have re-fabricated and sent back to me. They also forgot to include 2 full length shelves inside. Its now 6+ weeks (since the reorder - not the original order) and they still can't tell me when those will arrive. Staff there seems complicit in that I just have to wait for them to come. WTH? How about pick up the darn phone and call someone and get me a date! I gave them an ultimatum to get those shelves in and if they fail, I'm approaching the owner again. This experience was painful for us over a 11 week period. Our contractors finished the entire job in 4 weeks and we're still waiting on cabinets and some replacement units either forgotten or damaged? Its just unacceptable."
