"Do NOT go here with your pet. Worst experience I have ever had with the owner Jeff . I used the self service equipment and every time I went to get COMPLIMENTARY treats for my Great Dane he took them away from me- telling me the treats were not to give to my dog like a full meal. This is laughable if you know what a “full meal” is for a Great Dane. He also told me to turn the water off not to waste hot water when I was trying to wash shampoo out of my dog and stood directly behind me sweeping my feet any time a little water would get out of the tub. I have a dog who is very anxious so being able to give him treats is necessary. If you don’t want to offer these for your self service clients then don’t put them out. I seriously don’t know how this place stays open."
"i have historically come to lather with my own and friends dogs, and enjoyed the convenience of the self-wash service. recently, i rescued a dog from the shelter that is pretty timid and wanted to introduce him to a pleasant experience of bathing him. the first time i brought him in, he did really well and the associate there was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable young lady. she wasn’t too much and was readily available if i asked for help. which is exactly how it should be. yesterday was my dogs second time there, and in the midst of getting him wetted up there was a gentleman that was very clearly the owner as he was micromanaging everyone around him and everything too. he came over and started cleaning around us, which is fine but with my dog only being there a second time i could tell my dog was nervous with this larger man repeatedly coming over and wiping surfaces or moving the items we were using. he then felt the unnecessary need to come over and tell me i should have taken my dogs collar off. i told him that i chose to keep it on. no further explanation needed. he then continued to clean around us. when i moved on to blow drying my dog, my dog very noticeably was struggling with the blow dryer just as he did the first time.. but with feeding him treats while doing it i was trying to enforce the need for the dryer to be on the higher level and reward my dog for enduring it in short spurts. the gentleman came over, yelling that i should turn the dryer down and turned it down for me. which again - i understand that my dog was uncomfortable with the higher level of dryer but he has a thick second coat and it would have taken me an hour to dry him with the dryer on the lower level. regardless.. the gentleman’s inability to mind personal space and lack of boundaries with the client is exactly why we unfortunately will not be returning. he was rather pushy and on top of that not very welcoming which is a shame because all of his staff are really pleasant and seem to be great workers. i hope this is taken as valuable feed-back to prevent others from turning away from this business as well."
"Great place with friendly people. The doggies being dropped off love the staff and that should be enough of a testimonial. Jeff was real patient and careful with Bhim who has never been professionally groomed. They also accommodated a sitter bringing him in. See before and after pics of how they were able to make Bhim look more like an actual bichón frisé. All the curly matted fur was patiently combed and trimmed. Jeff also has some helpful long term advice for making grooming easier in the future. 10/10 recommend bringing your dog and sitting in the waiting area to play/pet other happy doggies."
"Too busy scrubbing dogs to get a pic of the baths, but here they are after! Staff are kind and supportive, and manage every dog's needs very well. There is an enclosed entrance, so the floor can be cleared if any entering dogs aren't a fan of meet and greets with other dogs. Every time I've gone, there's been a nail tech available to clip my difficult dogs' nails after the bath for a really reasonable fee."
"Jeff and Arlene took awesome care of Pepper for her first “big girl” haircut! (she’s had two puppy grooms, but never more than 1” off the body at once). She’s in a very nervous phase at 7 months, but they gave her an excellent cut. I would not recommend the DIY bath unless your dog is extremely laidback; it's a lot going on for young/nervous dogs. If you do, definitely bring your own brush for long-coated dogs."
