"Took my dog in for an appointment for a nail trim and bath which I scheduled a week in advance. They call me to come in early the day of the appointment which I do. As soon as I walk in the door they take a walk-in before me and make me wait in the store for 15 minutes. Didn’t even know walk ins were a thing. The walk in is literally done in 15 mins because I watched the guy leave with his dog. Once I get in after the walk in is done they tell me it’s going to take TWO HOURS. To give a dog a bath and trim his nails. I’ve been here a few times before and it took 30-40 mins tops. Not happy about it, but it’s whatever I just needed it done. 3 1/2 hours later they call me and tell me my dog is done. I couldn’t believe how long it took. Never going back here, can’t believe they make you book online then just take a guy off the street in front of your appointment lol what a joke. I had to drive all the way back home which took 30 mins then they don’t call me for close to 4 hours. Unreal"
