"This is a really nice store! They carry some different merchandise than other Kohl's I've been in. They also seemed to have more employees, which meant more registers were open! I'll be revisiting after Christmas."

"This store is top notch. There are two managers that work at this location, Olivia and Anne, and they go above and beyond for the customers that shop at this store. When I have gone in to shop, they were slammed with customers, yet still took out time to offer me personal help and make my holiday shopping 1000 times easier. I shop a lot and go to tons of stores and I have never received this level of service. Since I have been treated so good by these two, I will be spending much more money at Kohl’s for the holidays. For the sole fact that when people go above and beyond to help you, it makes you feel valued as a customer, and that’s exactly what these two have done for me. Thank you so much Kohl’s - you know how to pick them! And a personal thanks to Anne and Olivia - I have so much gratitude for both of you. *Update - Lisa also helped me tonight and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find something and was genuinely nice and kind. Between these three, I will be back a lot. A big thank you again!*"

"I'm a frequent shopper at this store and will go back but todays experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I had my 30% off coupon and $5 kohls cash and wanted to get a beard trimmer . I wax looking at the wahl and braun ones and wahl said on its sign" wahl, prices, NO COUPONS OR EXTRA DISCOUNTS on the sign so I went with the braun cause the sign DID NOT SAY anything about not able to apply coupons or discounts. I go to ring it up and and I got told I can't use my coupon !! I ask why and the cashier says its says on the computer . Manager comes over and I wanted her and I to go look at the sign together, she said no and went by herself, came back and told me the braun sign just says you get kohls cash for buying this item . I asked her about my coupon , she said no it does not go to trimmers. Why put no discounts on one brand and not the others ? I told her that there should be signs on all of them that no coupons apply and gave her my trimmer and walked out. Hopefully you all make signs that are less confusing."

"I haven't been to a Kohl's in years. I was surprised at the sales and some lower price selections. While I couldn't find all my sizes they had options on different styles. They still have the Kohl's dollars. Self checkout is convenient but can require help with security tags. The staff helpful at checkout and greeting at walking in. Store was clean in some areas more crowded than others. I will go back again soon. I have Kohl's dollars so there is that!"

"Store not the same lately and find myself not shopping there as often because of situations I had a few days ago. Not as much of a selection of items, not finding things I'm looking for and used to buy there and a few unfriendly employees that don't seem to want to be there. Prices on signs are different and 3 items from my order rang up higher than posted prices on sign and online! Told Cashier they rang up wrong, she just said sorry. I Asked to speak to manager, she said they were busy but she'd tell the floor head to go check prices on signs. Had to walk back to customer service and stand in long line to cancel my order then get it reentered with correct prices. Took a long time and very frustrating."
