"I had a truly disappointing experience with All Seasons Landscaping & Irrigation LLC. To begin with, the staff was extremely bad mannered. I've never felt so unwelcome at a place that's supposed to be in the service industry. Their unprofessional behavior was evident from the moment I walked in, and it only went downhill from there. To top it all off, the level of hospitality was subpar. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money with them. Well, that's not happening. There are plenty of competitors out there who understand the value of customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere."
"Chris installed a concrete swale in the yard for yard drainage and a trench drain for drainage in our pool area. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend him for any drainage issues you may have. Chris knows what he's doing, does quality work and is a pleasure to work with."
"Pretext: I'm being billed $160 one year later when I had no idea I was being billed as I thought they cancelled the fees after breaking the back flow. Was a brand new back flow prevention device and flooded my yard. Water fees + damages.. I mean come on.. soon as I called the technician - he automatically knew what I was calling about said "it's broken isn't it?" Entire company has zero integrity from what's I've experienced. Denying no professional involvement in the failure of our device is just unprofessional. If you think I'd pay $160 to have you come back out to just charge me to fix my system is ridiculous. They have no interest in doing right by their customers. When informed of what happened and requesting to speaking to upper management or the owner himself - we get zero responses. So hopefully some reviews will get their attention. Even though we've already mailed in our payment so we can be done with them, the fact y'all didn't offer to waive the fees to earn our business is what I would take away from here to better your company. Do keep in mind your technician requested we fixed it ourselves to CYA himself? Hmm. Lastly: we've been nothing but polite from the start so just an FYI - be prepared for their shenanigans. Not our fault for the poor customer service. Whatever they say we left out POC and never heard back from them - call history supports that. Keep CYA'ing all you want. BBB & DPOR perhaps."
"ust a horrible experience and an inferior product with absolutely no accountability. I ordered 4 yards of topsoil to fill a culvert and they were super prompt and easy to deal with. We had purchased river rock in the past and try to stay as local as possible to our house for these things. The four yards of topsoil arrive and seem ok although I mention it seems like it's more clay than topsoil. It was workable and going into a culvert so it wasn't the end of the world. I ordered 12 more yards to be delivered and I wasn't there for the 2nd delivery, but was there for the 3rd and finally stopped the rest of the order. The loads were so compacted at this point I couldn't work the "topsoil" with a shovel. The clumping and color got redder and it was apparent I'm either getting fill dirt, even the driver referenced "that's what we got" and was clearly not trying to defend this was a quality product. When I called the nice lady at the desk she said that people come from all over for their topsoil and she was sorry and would let the owner know. Told her to cancel the last 4 yards and they said they would give me a store credit. I didn't want a store credit but more importantly, what are you going to do about basically delivering fill dirt? A couple of days go by and now Victoria the account is engaged and she apologizes and says the owners have contacted the supplier and chew them out. Super, what are you doing for me? They did issue a refund for the last four yards AND deducted a 3% fee (I assume the fee credit cards charge them). BTW, no one has come out or asked for pictures until I mention again there's a bigger issue, what are you doing about the product you delivered. The response was all sales are final. Wow, no adjustment on the costs between topsoil and clay or fill? Seems like a perfect business model to never take ownership of your mistakes. I get it, someone provided you an inferior product. So go after them. So I fully expect the owner to come in with a response that somehow covers them (see other reviews on Google), but I'll let you judge with the pictures that I will post. I went and got topsoil from another supplier and it is night and day difference in quality, texture, etc. Literally, you'll see a photo of red clay dirt (theirs) being cover by black topsoil as I would have expected from them. The last picture is just one of three buckets (tractor that is) full of clumps so big of clay you would have to cut or break them up somehow. The right answer is to come to inspect the situation, realize the mistake, adjust the bill to fill dirt pricing, and apologize. Mistakes happen, but you either take ownership or you compound them."
"I used All Seasons Landscaping & Irrigation to complete some repairs to my sprinkler system as well as to replace sod around an in ground pool which was recently completed. I want to say first that the company was very responsive and friendly when I first contacted them. I had an extremely short timeline to have the work completed (less than a week). Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sprinkler system. He said that his goal was to give me the best system possible. When it was time to install/repair the system he arrived with 3 trucks and a number of people to complete the process in short order. Due to other factors the only had several hours to complete the work. I trusted Frank and thought that it would be completed according to the highest standards. Ben was very helpful when it came to the sod replacement and ground prep. He was able to "squeeze" the job in at the last minute and the yard surrounding the pool looked great. I was not able to stay on the location during the entire process; however, they did an outstanding job. There are several suggestions/comments that I would give to future customers: 1) Once you receive and estimate and you make the initial 50% payment - the company will not adjust the estimate and send you an updated bill - you must realize that the initial estimate is the only one you will receive. I did not know this and was not treated well when I was "asked" why I didn't pay the rest of the invoice. I did pay the bill in full once I found out that they did not intend to make adjustments to the invoice. 2) Make certain to have everything in writing and clearly spelled out on the invoice. 3) Make certain to research what the normal standards are for such items as the depth of the irrigation pipes in the ground. I was not aware that the depth of some of the pipes were only below the landscaping stones, until I moved some of the stones to repair my fence. According to my research most of the pipes should be 8 to 12 inches deep. When I asked about it in an email, I was told that I was criticizing and employee and doing so to one does so to all. My fault - I will just have to make certain to winterize the system very early to ensure the pipes don't freeze with water in the system. All things considered I would recommend the services of All Seasons, but know the conditions and get everything in writing going into the deal. I was and am VERY APPRECIATIVE of their response time and willingness to work with me on a very short time line. The owner and most of the employees are GREAT to work with and do everything in their abilities to give you the best service and quality."
