"I absolutely love Sully Nails. Not only are they super friendly but they always do a fantastic job. They are so good that I went to another salon once and I regretted it the entire time. I just kept thinking that they were nothing like Sully nails."

"I unfortunately did not have as pleasant of an experience as hoped for. After being unable to get a pedicure for quite some time due to a busy schedule and newborn, I was really looking forward to treating myself for my first mothers day. I knew my feet were in poor condition to say the least, but the technicians facial expressions and discussion with her colleagues just reinforced how much I had neglected my own needs. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable. I also felt the questions related to how it felt were not genuine and only made to in an attempt to salvage some form of a tip at the end. I will sadly never return here and can't recommend it although it's conveniently located near my job and home. Not the place if you're looking for a judgment free opportunity to relax and be pampered. Although I was unhappy, I tipped regardless and paid for what I believed to be an expensive pedicure."

"First time here, for a pedicure, they are so kind and patient. I haven't had a pedicure in years. They fit me into their schedule when I called earlier today. Sterile tools for each customer, everyone wearing masks, all customers wearing masks, and lots of cleaning and hand washing. I felt safe and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. They did an excellent job with my pedicure, and my feet feel so much better."
