"All the times I’ve went there I only had bad experiences. Today I went to Coco Nails so I could take my acrylics off since I’ve had them for a good month. I went in there with a big smile hoping that it would be fast but she started glaring at me ripping my nails off telling me to soak it off with EXTREMELY HOT acetone after I told her I didn’t want her to just rip it off because it hurt, mind you I said all of that with a nice tone and smiling face even though my nails were in pure pain. Never would suggest going there."

"Ti did an awesome job on my nails. She gave me a very nice towel wrap with my manicure. Meghan did wonderfully with my daughters designs and manicure. I highly recommend Coco Nail Bar."

"I love this salon. Very clean! Very kind! Best service. 11/4/23 update review. - I was so happy to find this spot and I adore Lisa who takes her time and is soooo kind. I’ve had a great experience at this salon and grateful for the time and effort placed. However, I am truly disappointed by the service received today. W I went in without an appointment today with the confidence of having the same level of service. I asked for a mani/pedi and was lucky to have Lisa take care of my pedi. Lisa was only available for specific time so another tech would have taken care of my manicure. The nail tech assigned did a very subpar job. She removed my cuticles and filed my nails and immediately went into paint application. The mixture of skin and nail dust particles still present. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and trust the process because I know different nail techs have different processes. She applied thick layers of nail polish which usually distorts nail shape and created such a cartoonish end product. I respect time and effort, but this was unsatisfactory. When expressing my disappointment and showing the application , I received no understanding or any consolation. Just a “well, next time make an appointment with Lisa,” and to fix this it’s full price for a gel manicure. Mind you I just paid $92 for mani/pedi. This was in poor taste. I’d hope the rest of your staff follows the fundamental routines of services. This was just bad. Below is a reference of the work I had the pleasure of receiving and the disappointment I received today. There is a huge difference."
