"Lady Employee checking IDs at self checkout seems to enjoy yelling at people because of a mistake they make during checkout. Very rude and poor Customer Service. Definitely my last time at self checkout!"

"I like coming here with my family. It's warm, there are a lot of good food choices and we enjoy the shops. It is easier to manage for people who are neurodivergent."

"It is always nice to shop at the exchange in any military post. My only issue is that the management of the exchange has been downhill where it’s hard to find a good deal anymore and not so competitive price compared to outside. I also like to mention that a company’s distributor must have been changed in recent years because I rarely see quality and name-brand items on sale."

"Of all the bases in the DMV, this one is by far the best. It’s big, with a good clothing selection. They sell some furniture and appliances. I like that they sell firearms and accessories. They do a great job of keeping the carts picked up from the parking lot. The electronics section is the one disappointment of this store. I prefer the Exchange on Quantico for electronics. The food court has a good mix of options and they do a good job of keeping it clean. There’s a Starbucks, a Bath & Body Works and numerous other shops and services inside. I’d say this exchange is in the Top 3 of Exchanges I’ve shopped in, and I’ve shopped in a lot of them!"

"I was visiting my daughter, who is currently serving. The store has absolutely everything! It was a neat experience to see all of the military people walking around in uniform. God Bless America."
