"The only reason why I put four-star is the waiting time. It is understandable since the services are provided walk-in basis. I wish we can check how many pets are waiting or approximate wait time on their website ahead of the time. Otherwise, staff and doctor are very kind, nice, and professional. They explain fee structure without putting pressure on you. My pets are healthy and only need annual shots and check up, so this clinic is perfect!"

"The vet, Dr C Hermann, and the entire staff were very professional, thorough in their exam of my pet, and ensured I had a clear understanding of how to care for my pet going forward. I immediately knew all of them are genuinely passionate about the wellbeing of animals and would not hesitate to recommend them to others; nor would I hesitate to take my pet back to them in the future!"

"We were the only ones there; and, our wait was very short. We couldn't have gotten there at a better time. Everyone was very helpful telling us everything we needed to do to have our dog registered in the state of Virginia. We liked the vet on duty. She administered the vaccinations he needed; and made some recommendations for his food. We will definitely return to this vet for our dogs continued health needs."

"Love this place but be prepared to wait awhile to get seen. So convenient that I can walk into a vet and get my large Great Pyrenees mix seen within two hours by a friendly, knowledgeable veterinarian. I also happen to really like the store that these vets are located in. Wish that the wait wasn’t so long but appreciate being able to check in and either wait or come back to get my girl seen the same day."

"We had a beyond amazing experience here. Dr Jessica Roebuck and everyone else there were so very caring, and kind, and took care of my dogs ear problem swiftly, with compassion and care. May God bless them tenfolds! My pup is so happy to have gotten rid of most of her discomfort while she’s still healing. Prices are great as well. Please note wait times may be long since it’s a walk-in clinic; we were quoted 2 hrs so we shopped at Costco then returned with a rotisserie chicken, most of it for my pup ;)"
