"I had to wait two days to get a prescription filled. When I handed in the script, they said 15 minutes. I waited 40 minutes stood in line for five minutes and it wasn’t ready. They said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I came home and then they notified me it was ready. It’s 17 1/2 miles from my house 35 miles round-trip. I went back the next day and got it. I tried to make an appointment to have a vaccine given and their curt reply was do it online. I hate the store."

"Had checked on line to see what were the requirements to do a walk up vaccination, the wife and I were looking to get the flu vaccine. After filling out a form some medical students would have had trouble with. We got to sit around for a half hour and watch them fill prescriptions. I could see one working (?) With 4 inch finger nails. Seems like that would be an Osha violation."

"Don't waste your time with this place. Called a week in advance to let them know I'd be coming in to pick up a necessary prescription that is typically not stocked at most pharmacies. Gave them all the information, the date I'd be coming in and was told "Okay, I'll let them know." On the day I came to fill it, I was given an attitude when I told her I'd called in advance and was told "We don't even do that." Made me wait 5 more minutes before telling me, again with an attitude, they were out of stock. Now I'm gonna have to drive around all over creation to find a pharmacy that stocks it, and if I don't find one before the end of the day, I'm going to be terribly sick. Thanks a lot, Giant."

"Always helpful and kind. All the staff are friendly and the pharmacist are the best, they are personable and knowledgeable and that’s why I continue to get my prescription filled at this location. Thank you for all you do."

"I’ve been going to giant pharmacy for years however this will be the last time. I went inside to update my insurance where the employee at the counter looked at my insurance card and said what is this Medicaid? I stated no that it was Aetna it’s an insurance through my job. She stated she would not update my information since there was already an insurance card on file from my previous insurance company and that I would need to submit my receipt myself when I got my bill. Completely judgmental and uncalled for. Even if it as Medicaid no one deserves to be treated that way. Btw I’m a registered nurse with two bachelor degrees and a great job thanks for stereotyping me since I look young with kids."
