"From scheduling the procedure until leaving in a wheelchair after recovery every person we came in contact with was professional and friendly and so kind. You never feel rushed, you are encouraged at ask as many questions of doctors, nurses or anesthesiologist to put yourself at ease. Great environment, great team. Highly recommend"
"Entire team was phenomenal. However, want to specifically point out the customer service and professional of Anastasia in particular. She went above & beyond with my insurance company and/or primary care manager to ensure I received the requested service. Thank you Fairfax Vascular Center!"
"The CT clerks are friendly and striving for excellence. Especially the male CT technician who took care of my husband on 1/31/2024: he does his job with the love for patients. My husband is wheelchair bound and very weak. While I carried the walker and the bag of belongings, he helped me out with pushing my husband’s wheelchair with one hand while the other hand holding the cart of oxygen tank, he followed us until my husband got in the car. I am impressed of how he volunteered to support patients like that. He truly is a medical staff who has love and compassion for patients. Another good staff is Jeff. My husband has really tiny veins. Jeff successfully got blood out from the tiny vein at the joint of upper & lower arms, then opened the IV for IV contrast just for one poke. Blessed his heart. Unlike others who only seek for easiness, he so cares of patients and chose to try hard to help draw the blood from the tiny vein, that helped avoiding bruises around my husband’ s arm. In conclusion, I appreciate the CT department from FRC at 8503 Arlington Blvd, #100 Fairfax, VA."
"Telephoned to inform scheduling staff that I was running late. When I asked for suggestions as to what I should do I was asked my estimated arrival time. When it was given, I was told to come in. Waiting room time was short. The technician was extremely courteous, professional, considerate . . . Entire visit was less than 30 minutes. I was able to arrive at my next appointment with time to spare. Thank you Fairfax Vascular Center!"
"Fairfax Vascular Center is the gem in FRC. They specialize in areas such as blood clots and both found in me and later that they were gone. Today they were gracious to allow me a late appointment to determine whether I had any clots in my left leg and thankfully found none. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the drive from Ashburn."
