"Clean, well lit, and staff is very friendly. We love Amanda the groomer, she has been our groomer since we rescued him. she is patient, kind and very good with "Bingo". She has the magic touch. She gets him fluffy soft and well groomed."

"We had never taken our dog Jillie to daycare, although I thought she would like it because she likes other dogs. The first day, I practically had to drag her into the building because she was so anxious. That first day was for the Dog Stop to evaluate her to see if she would be a good candidate for daycare. She was pretty fearful the entire time she was there, so they did not take her into the daycare and told me she might not be a good fit for daycare. I had faith in my dog and asked if I could bring her back the next day to try again. This time, she went in a little less reluctantly and they were able to introduce her to the daycare experience. I loved it when a few hours later I received a call from the Dog Stop and they told me that she was definitely a dogs dog. She entered the play area with the zoomies and hasn't stopped since. Now she drags me into the building!! She comes home all worn out and happy! I also love the fact that they have cameras so I can check in and see if she is having a good time or misbehaving in any way. She really doesn't need grooming, only a nail trim and occasional bath. It is nice to know that they offer pet grooming services that we will definitely take advantage of. We are also happy that she likes it there, because we know that we can leave her for boarding and she will think she is on vacation while we are! Thank you to all the workers who care for the dogs!"

"I will start with this i like the groomers and they do a great job, However my issue is last week I had an appt and was told they could not groomer her because she did not have her shots up to date. Just to note I was at the appt on time. So I rescheduled the appt after her vet visit to be groomed and they charged me an extra 20 to 25 dollars when I called to ask why my charge was so high because receipt showed 68 dollars then below showed 93 dollars that's when they informed me due to a missed appt. The girl on the phone informed me they don't keep those records. Apparently they do bc they denied her a week ago. and when I dropped her off they took a copy of her shot record. I looked on the website it does state shots have to be updated but doesn't say anywhere that I saw you will have miss appointment charges. My dog has been serviced here for a year now just very unhappy with the chrge when I was there and did not miss the appt and the lack of information of if you keep records or don't and if you do keep record when one makes the appt why did they not inform me they could not groom her."

Let me just start out by saying I had the pleasure of boarding my two lil babies at the dog stop in boardman, and I must say it was an exceptional experience for both my little ones and me! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff Karagon, made me feel comfortable and assured me that my pups would be in great hands. Molly and Karagon,took the time to ask me about my dogs' personalities, preferences, and any special needs I might have for them. When touring the facility, it was immaculate and spacious, with separate areas for small and large dogs. During the time my dogs were boarded, they were able to play and socialize with other pups in a safe and secure environment, while also having access to comfortable bedding and toys to keep them entertained. One of the things that really impressed me was the personalized attention that each dog received and the doggie cams I could check in to see each day! The staff took the time to get to know my dogs and made sure that they were well taken care of. I called in to check on them and they kept me informed and reassured me that my furry friends were happy and healthy! I was also happy to see that the staff adhered to strict health and safety protocols, ensuring that my dogs and other dogs were up-to-date with vaccinations and kept in a clean and sanitary environment. The pricing for the service was reasonable and transparent, and I felt that I received great value for my money. I appreciated the flexibility of their services, as they were able to accommodate my schedule and make adjustments as needed. Overall, my experience with the the dog stop was excellent, and I highly recommend their services to any dog owners who want to ensure their pets are safe while at work or on vacation . Their dedication to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for dogs is evident in every aspect of their service, and it's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the animals in their care.
