"I recently had one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had at this location (Medical Imaging in North Stafford). I was there for an MRI with contrast. I have difficulties with needles, which is something I always share at the beginning of my appointments and most providers/medical facilities are very understanding and accommodating. With the exception of one person I interacted with, this facility lacked empathy, acted like I was putting them out and tried to shame me. The whole experience culminated when one of the techs asking me “Are you trying to make things difficult on me?“ when I asked to lie back/recline for the IV insertion to prevent fainting. What a completely callous and disrespectful thing to say to a patient, not to mention the tone that was used. At this point I decided to leave without the imaging. One of the managers spoke to me, and although she was pleasant, she did not apologize or acknowledge that this was not the way to treat a patient. This whole experience is a shame, because I have been to this facility for ultrasounds before and had a positive experience, but this was the first time I have ever left a medical facility without receiving the service I was scheduled for. In the future I intend to seek services elsewhere even if it requires traveling a significant distance. This is also the first time I have written a google review for anything. My hope is that this review will help to prevent someone else from being treated so poorly. Positive patient care is important and needs to be advocated for."

"This review is for the scheduling department. I wanted to use this facility because it's nearby and I'd gone a few years ago. I've done everything that they requested me to do-- referral (which my insurance said I didn't need) and an "order" from my doctor. The info was sent over multiple times but whenever I tried to call and make an appointment I was met with rude scheduling agents that insisted that there hasn't been anything received. There was no going above and beyond what was shown on their screens even when I asked. I've called my insurance and changed my referral to a different imaging facility."

"Would not recommend this place especially if you’re pregnant getting an ultrasound done. Ultrasound tech was very rude, with an attitude and quick with her smart response. My then OB scheduled an ultrasound appointment at this location. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m. I wasn’t seen until 3:25 p.m. mind you there’s no one in waiting besides myself, my husband an elderly woman. I had a very fully bladder and was in a ton pain. I’ve now switched OB offices from Stafford Women’s Health to a Midwife office in Alexandria."
