Reviews
"I had a CT done last week and still do not have the results. There is no excuse for it to take a week and my test has not been read yet. I will never use Inova for radiology again."
"I was a little worried reading so many bad reviews and some of them very recent. I went in for imaging today. Appointment was for 2:30 and I got there at 2:20 to check in. Front desk lady that i spoke with was such a nice woman. I asked about the wait and she cringed and said it may be a while bc of only 2 techs. Ok- but if I have to wait 45 minutes I may have words.... joking/not joking. I kid you not- while I was chatting with her, the tech came to get me. He was also great and with 30 years experience! I was imaged, checked by the radiologist and back in my car by 3 pm. I've actually never had a better experience as a patient!"
"Shak/Pukai/and Bradley were awesome and experts in their fields. Thank you for a very positive experience and the guy who put in my IV has mad skills. I would do a cat scan with the A team again any time."
"Tanisha and Dr. P, along with Patrice, were the absolute BEST! They saved my Husband's life! Thank you so very much for all you do!"
"Went to the hospital with an order for a CT scan of my aorta aneurysm. I was told I had to call reservations to make an appointment. Seems dumb to me. Why could I not make a reservation right there at the desk. So I called the reservation number and 20 minutes later after the lady tried to get me to make a reservation at Alexandria Hospital I finally ended up with a reservation one week from today at Mt Vernon. I have been going to Mt Vernon for over 20 years and this the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service."
