"I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I had THE best blood/lab experience I've ever had, and this will be my go to location for any other lab work I need. This location is clean, runs like a well-oiled machine and is timely, the staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the phlebotomist was so gentle I hardly knew the draw had happened. I immediately felt welcome and confident I was in caring and beyond capable hands. While things were super speedy, I felt the time spent with me was high-quality and that any questions I had were answered. I never felt rushed and felt my time was valued! This felt rare for a medical facility. I booked an appointment online and while I was fully anticipating I would need to wait based on other previous location experiences, I was back for the information check (everything was accurate, and draw within 5 minutes of checking in online via a link texted to me. I literally clicked the link as I walked up the stairs. The total time I was there was 17 minutes - I was thrilled to be in and out so fast! The staff felt like friends by the time I left! Never in my life have I looked forward to bloodwork, but if it means going to this location and having this as a new norm, I'd go again tomorrow. It also does seem to be the norm as my partner went recently and had an equally wonderful experience! Other locations (or companies) could use this location as their model! It's truly ideal."

"The phlebotomists were wonderful, kind, professional. How Quest can allow them and clients to be in such a dirty, messy, run down atmosphere is completely unforgiving. We will do all we can to not return to this particular Quest. The health dept needs to pay a visit and Quest Cleaners & Remodel need to be scheduled for a deep clean and a facility face lift. We had dirty bandages from the floor sticking to our shoes. Gross."
