"Store is generally clean and well stocked, but there's a lot of times when they don't have carts or baskets in the front door for you to grab before shopping."

"I called an an older gentleman answered the phone just to asked for a certain product just to see if they have it in stock . He puts me on hold I’m guessing to look it up the product , He got back on the phone saying “ guessing we have them in stock “ I asked politely to see if he could go look to see if they do because I live on another side of town . He rudely said no because they are short staffed and he cannot go look for that item . I called 2 other stores they were very nice to go look for me . I don’t understand why he couldn’t find someone that wasn’t busy or took couple seconds to go look . If you want to please your customers that is paying your bills to feed your family you should be able to do things for them as good customer service !"

"After shopping I went looking to find a checkout lane. None of the lanes were staffed. Since I didn’t want to do self-checkout I pushed my cart to the customer service desk. I was informed by the attendant that he could not do checkout and he was the only person available. I left the cart and left the store. I then went to Giant that had staffed checkout lanes."

"The store was dirty. Trash all around the self check out area. Out of 6 self checkout registers, only 3 were working. The rest of the store looked ok they just needed to clean up around the entrance way. It was crowded and they didn't have many registers open so had to wait. Some of the shelves were empty, I guess, because of shortages everywhere. The prices were well like everything else and everywhere expensive. It was amazing to see things go up over a 1.00 compared to last years, especially the bake goods. Well, it's been a year since I've been here, and things have really improved, maybe new management. They changed the isles around and cleaned up the place. I'll definitely start coming back. They have changed the aisles around again, and they added more self scanning registers"
