"Gretchen has a very sweet outgoing personality. She provides various tips and educates on curly hair. However, the color deviated from the photo she told me we could get close to. Additionally, the finishing touches to my hair were lacking in definition and volume. I'm sure she has great training but she might get more practice on looser finely textured hair than my 3a/b thick hair. Her other work looks great, but I should have noted the difference in other textures compared to mine."
