"I went to Ulta recently to get my hair done and omg! I AM OBSESSED. AMANDA KILLED IT! I’ve never had sliced highlights and I’m always used to getting mine weaved in and she made me discover that I love love love sliced highlights! I love everything she did. She was absolutely amazing and deserves to be recognized for it. I work at a beauty school full time so I usually get my hair done there. I decided to give Amanda a try because I wanted a salon experience that doesn’t take as long and she took only 2 hours and did exactly what I asked! If you need an appointment book with Amanda! She does not disappoint! (Also these photos are taken at the beauty school I work at because it was dark when I left ulta)"

"Got to the store at 4:50pm on Saturday 12/9. I checked in for Curbside pick up since I have a cold and after waiting 20 minutes without my order went inside to get it myself. I mentioned at the counter that I had a pick up order and was waiting in curbside and instead of taking accountability, I was just given a bunch of excuses as to why no one came out, one of them being it’s cold. Then my order was not even ready to be picked up she went and grabbed it off the shelf while I waited for her at the counter. She came up and handed me the item by itself then handed me an empty bag and said enjoy your day. Bad attitude!"

"This store, Knicks Rd in PA was a pleasure to shop in. Very helpful, knowledgeable, nice and non-pushy associates. Unlike the Whitehall, PA store which I refuse to shop in any more. I was online shopping only because of just about every time I shopped at Whitehall Ulta. But yesterday I took a longer drive. I was glad I did. I went in for shampoo and to pick up an online order. I ended up leaving with 2 new skin care products that I am excited to try. Everyone was very nice and helpful."

"Alyssa was super sweet and helpful! I originally came in looking for a Lancôme perfume, but wasn’t sure about if it was the “one” for me. She took the time to show me samples of the different scents, compared the notes, and even showed me the last Lancôme perfume sample kit! I’m so happy with my experience, I hope to come back again!"
