"I've had several visits here and wanted to write a review specifically commending Valerie, the genetic counselor who called us with the results of our non-invasive prenatal testing. When the phone rang, I was instantly in a panic, but she calmly delivered our results (which were fine!) and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The phone call lasted over 20 minutes! She was incredibly reassuring and kind during a time when I was EXTREMELY nervous and on edge, and it was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had in the U.S. healthcare system. Thank you, Valerie!!!"

We really appreciate the time everyone took to explain and answer all the questions we had in such a professional way. Their service is outstanding. "I just had a great appointment here. It was my 13 week scan. Everyone was fast and super nice. The baby wasn’t in the right positions for the pictures and the person doing the ultra sound was super patient and nice. The doctor was nice and explained everything. The genetics specialist looked into something for me and was very kind. The woman doing blood work was kind and did a great job. They looked up different options for a test to compare cost. All around a great experience. *update. I called ahead of time to get all of the billing codes to be prepared for the cost after insurance. I was not told all of the codes and am paying double what was expected. I would have cancelled the recommended but not required appointment if I had known the real cost."

"Dr. Kramer was not explanatory in her request for me to come back in 2 weeks. I asked questions to get a better understanding but she was withholding information and education about a condition that I know nothing about. She failed to provide patient education and offered no resources to look into after my visit. Instead she was inappropriately judgmental about my type of insurance and pushed unnecessary questions to me about why I have this insurance and persisted to question me on this personal information that had no relevance to my visit or future visits. A staff member (plus sized black woman with short hair) who took my blood pressure did not introduce herself by name or role, and grabbed my left arm roughly in an uncomfortable position. She brought my arm to an upward position and placed my arm with full contact ON her side body. I felt very uncomfortable and even concerned with her way of taking vitals as this has never been my experience anywhere else. I do not recommend this office."

"Receptionist was very kind and understanding of my situation and got me on the schedule ASAP. My ultrasound tech was SUPER nice and knowledgeable. Helped me understand everything I was seeing on the ultrasound. Dr.Kramer was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Made us feel very comfortable, considering we went for a high risk scare. We left immediately relieved. Thank you Rockville location !"
