"The reviews had me scared to come here but I’m so glad that I still came.... I had a amazing experience..! The front desk guy was very friendly and pleasant as soon as I walked in and that made me feel a lot better about my visit..! Once they called me to the back for my MRI they allowed my wife to sit with me witch was amazing because I was nervous... Lisa was super sweet she played some great music on Pandora while I was getting tested and she had a great spirit that made me feel even more comfortable..... I really had a phenomenal experience...! I def would recommend this location.!"

"I have been to both locations several times in the last 10 years and continue to be amazed at the cleanliness of the offices and the kind staff. Kevin who did my MRI was amazing and gave clear expectations and reassurance about safety, answered questions, all with a friendly happy attitude. Same for the tech whose name I did not get that did my xray. Dr. Mark is the best radiologist out there. He is genuinely interested in his patients, their issues, and his work. He is happy to talk with you if you choose to discuss their findings and is an exceptional provider of service. I have never found this at any other radiology center hence Bethesda MRI will always be my first choice. Thank you to everyone there!"

"So many of the reviews seem solely good or solely bad, so I wanted to describe my more “middle of the road” experience. Pros: All of the staff were very professional and efficient. The office also called me back very quickly when I put in a request for an appointment and got me scheduled to come in the next day. Cons: The staff I interacted with were absolutely not friendly. No one was rude, but there wasn’t much in terms of bedside manner. Everything I said seemed to inconvenience them. This was my first MRI experience, so I don’t have anything to compare it to directly, but I have had a lot of medical experiences over the years. Overall, this office felt like it was run more like a business than a doctors office. If you want quick and efficient, absolutely come here. My appointment was supposed to start at 8:45, they saw me early and I was done by 9. If you’re the kind of person who gets nervous in medical settings or can have panic attacks, I might recommend somewhere else."

"Amazing experience here. I was extremely stressed out about my possible results. The MRI techs were nice and professional. I had a contrast study, and she was quick and efficient giving me contrast IV, I barely felt anything, and I hate needles. The scan didn't even feel long as I was warm and comfortable listening to some music. I didn't expect to hear back from the radiologist, Dr. Mark (I thought he would just sent the results to my neurologist, and I'd have to wait to hear from him). However, they gave me an option to speak with him, and he went over the results with me 10 min after the scan was finished. He was thorough, very nice and professional. Put my mind at ease with his interpretation. This was literally the best medical experience I had in my entire life. I highly recommend this facility: it definitely far exceeded my expectations."

"After going here for MRI of the brain plus a spinal tap, I can honestly say I will never go to any other radiology lab again, even though they are almost an hour drive for me. It was so worth it! The desk staff gentleman was very kind and reassuring when I set my appointment, and just as nice when I showed up today. The tech I had was very nice, I never felt "rushed" in the changing room or any of that nonsense. He was thorough in explaining everything and definitely cared about my comfort. Lastly, was my spinal tap which I had quite a bit of anxiety about. Dr. Marks couldn't have been any kinder and gentler, talking me through the whole thing. It was definitely not as bad as I had feared! He even helped me off the table, walking me to the changing area and reassuring me as to what to do if I experienced anything of concern later. I can't recommend them enough. Now I know why my neurologist insisted I go here for the best for my health. He was right!"
