It was scary to get the exam I needed but they made it comfortable. The tech explained everything she was going to do before she did it, she was kind and friendly. "Over all the experience was good. However, I was asked to arrive at 510. Which I did. checkin process took less than 10 min because I did most of it from home ( which I appreciate). However, I was only seen at 6pm. My actual appointment was 540. I would think that if someone does the process at hone, he can arrive 10 min before his actual appointment. The receptionist did say that they have 10 min delay. I finished at 7."
