"Don’t bother with this location. As others have mentioned, the staff were quite rude on all occasions I’ve visited and don’t seem to know what they’re doing or talking about. I had to get an MRI done for the TMJ last month in open and closed positions. Prior to the procedure, the technician handed me a plastic syringe to bite down on horizontally for the open position imaging. I thought this was some kind of joke initially, as facilities where I had done this in the past had proper splints available. When I tried to explain, halfway through the procedure, that it was impossible to keep the syringe in place without it slipping (it’s plastic and hasn’t really got any traction as it is too smooth) and we should find another way to keep the jaw propped open, he stopped the procedure and asked me to leave and wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I tried to ask him what was going on. After I complained of this to management (and only after that), I was told I could return to complete the procedure the next week at no charge (except to waste more of my time, of course). I should also mention that the radiology report from this first incident claimed that the patient (me) “could not open his mouth to perform imaging during the open mouth position,” and this was given as the reason for the sudden stoppage by Dr. Alexander S. Mark. Considering that this is not even close to what actually happened, Dr. Mark’s claim is what would be called a “lie” and in a medical context, such a lie would be called “malpractice.” Upon my return, they had me bite down on a stack of taped-together tongue depressors which was much more effective, albeit crude, but based on my prior experiences in other hospital systems, the whole process still felt rushed and careless (not to mention the machine looked ancient compared to any other I had used, which have been several by now). When I showed the images to my OMF surgeon this week, he mentioned that the images were of poor quality and too unclear to show us anything we didn’t already know, thus confirming my fears that this place is a waste of time and money. Again, don’t bother and beware this facility and its irresponsible, incompetent staff."
"We arrived on time for an MRI and were told it would be 30 minutes late. No reason given. The waiting room was packed so we left and when we returned in time for this delay, waited another 40 minutes before being taken in. Worse follows. In the MRI no attention given despite my husband’s call for help. He was horrified by lack of communication with him during the procedure. My impression is that staffing is poor and training inadequate, leaving the patient traumatized."
"Worse place ever. I had an appointment scheduled at 730 and no one was there. I circled the building had to be a dozen times. Lucky someone else was dealing with the same thing. We finally got in and it was past 830. The front desk person was the same person they didn’t pull in until 810. When I went in I just asked for corporate card which she gave me the same card to the location. She then proceeds to say “I just work here” the worst experience. Now I’m out of a mri because I will darned if I stay they there and they are not organized"
"I had an MRI appointment scheduled for 4:30 and was told to arrive at 4:00. I arrived at 3:45. I checked in and the receptionist gave me paper work to fill out. I sat down in the waiting area and when I finished, I returned it to the reception only to be told that the machine was broken and I would have to reschedule. I asked why didn’t they call me before my appointment to tell me? She gave me a poor excuse indicating that they thought the repair person would show up in time before my appointment and it would have been fixed. I told them that is not an excuse and if the person didn’t show up to fix it at least an hour before my appointment, they should have called. Another office personnel told me that she was planning to call me at 4:00 and I told her that I was told to come in at 4:00. The receptionist did apologize but both of their attitudes felt like, oh too bad and didn’t care that I was inconvenienced. The manager already left so I couldn’t speak to her. Very poor customer relations and poor policy when to notify a patient if there’s a cancellation. If I were to have cancelled last minute, I would have been charged. To say the least, I’m going somewhere else for my MRI and advise that you to do the same."
"Scheduled an MRA, waited two weeks and got canceled on voice message when I missed their call claiming there was no pre-approval from my insurance, there is. Reason being, you missed our call. Rescheduled, 2 more weeks wait, the lady who did it scheduled MRI instead of MRA, no confirmation nor ppt reminder whatsoever, called me an hour before my appointment time today and called to tell me it needs to be reschedule, next opening is the 29th of this month, Yeah 2 more weeks. And the lady on the phone sound as if it was my fault that they can’t do their job right, or at least care for someone who’s in need. Now I’m in pain, looking for another facility, and won’t get anything done before the holiday arrives. Do not come here"
