"I really only go here for to get my hair cut by the manager, Joanne. Unfortunately I was told that she was in an accident and was off work to recover. I came to this location because my hair was getting very long and was waiting too long for Joanne to become available. I was serviced by the assistant manager, who said she was covering for Joanne at the Moosic location while she was out. I gave this stylist one specific instruction for a section of hair that I wanted to leave longer, pausing to hold the hair in my hand and show her the area I was referring to. Halfway through my hair cut, she cuts the area that I specified with her clippers, much shorter than I would have liked. I told her that I pointed this out to her ahead of time to avoid this issue and she kept saying that it wasn’t in the records they have on my preferences in their computer that I wanted my hair cut this way. She apologized and moved on to complete my hair cut. At the end of the hair cut, I then pointed out to her that my left side burn was cut diagonally and asked her to fix it. The attached picture is the result after I asked her to cut it straight. I can only really recommend the Sports Clips franchises here and in Wilkes Barre if Joanne is your hairstylist. It seems that the assistant manager cannot follow simple, clear, and specific instructions provided by her clients. I had to cut my sideburns at home because they were not straight as shown in the picture. Luckily I was planning to shave my facial hair anyway."
