"Phlebotomy was great, no issues. She was pleasant. But, the front desk staff are rude and unfriendly. I called the office multiple times after the appt b/c my doctor wanted to add on a lab. You can't reach the office b/c no one answers the phone. No one returned the 2 voice-mails I left 2 days apart. Then they picked up the phone and hung up on me three times when i called back. Called corporate line who basically said their office doesn't answer the phone. Like others said, go to Quest or somewhere else."

"how can you forget a chain of custody form when sending a pre employment drug screening. and why is it my responsibility to get a retest approved because of your failure"

"Took a dam drug test last week at the Hospital Drive location and them people sent positive test results to a job that I was starting and medicine that I am prescribed. What happened to calling me first and asking for my documentation showing it’s been prescribed to me…smh I’m hurt and embarrassed"

"I want to start off by saying I read the reviews online and I was expecting the worst. I am terrified of getting my blood drawn, usually takes a few tries, and I pass out occasionally. Im a very sensitive person- any little thing will make me upset, tone of voice, body language etc. So the fact the front desk lady was nice when I came in made me feel better from the start. She smiled and made eye contact. When I went back for my labs, KATE was phenomenal. She calmed me down when I was having a mini panic attack, she got my blood first try- didn’t even feel it. She talked to me like an actual person. I could tell she doesn’t hate her job, she smiled and just made this experience very good for me. This is the only lab corp I will be going to from now on."
