"The office personnel was very polite, I received all the paperwork in the mail to fill out and brought them in and it didn't take no time at all to go in the back. Dr. Malaga is so nice and explained everything about what she thought and gave me papers to get a test done."

"My experience has been HORRIBLE since they combined practices and moved to Weinburg. My doctor, Dr. Jiloca, up and left the practice without any notice given to her patients (she's been my doctor for like 10 years). I had an exam done and had concerns I discussed with the new doctor. I had lab tests done and was waiting for a call back to discuss the results. I never received a call. The appointment was November 2023. I called again in December and was told I would get a call back. I never received one. I have called again 3 weeks ago and was told I would get a call and never did. I just tried to call again and was placed on hold for 22 minutes before the phone said they are too busy to service me. I cannot believe this is the care the patients are receiving now and its acceptable. I am looking into other practices that actually care for their patients and communicate."

"I was a patient at honeygo women's Care for years. My doctor, Dr. Jiloca left and did not give any notice ahead of time. Meanwhile, I was trying to get a prescription filled over and over again and I was just told to call back. Finally got a hold of someone and they said the reason I couldn't get my prescription filled is because I was supposed to go see Dr Jiloca for a medicine check 2 months prior. I informed them that Dr Jiloca was the one who canceled the appointment! They said they would go ahead and schedule me an appointment and refill my medication. That was before Christmas. It is mid-January and obviously, no refill. I will not be going to this doctor as I can already tell the level of service."

"Scheduled an appointment with this office for my 15 year old daughter as a new patient THREE months ago… appointment was supposed to be tomorrow for the last 3 months but they called today at 3:30 in the afternoon to let us know the doctor needs to reschedule and can’t see her until March because she’s a new patient. TRASH."

"Soo many reasons why this place just turns me off. I had my son back in March 2022 and let me just start by saying it really wasn’t the best experience. I got an infection from staff because they would not stop checking my uterus when I asked him to. I never even seen my midway throughout my entire time and labor and once I was done having my C-section they didn’t even have any water in the rooms because they were having some issues or something. Let’s speed up to September 2023, I’ve been trying to see my Obi since May And I called today to make an appointment and they tell me that their office is closing, unbeknownst to me and I’m sure all their other patients. I never even got to make the appointment, they told me to not really worry about it and if the problem proceeds then to just pretty much find another doctor because there isn’t much that they can do. So freaking ghetto, I’m glad they’re closing"
