"I called Advanced Radiology 9/5/23 to verify which location I needed to go to for x-rays. I was told the St. Joseph Breast Center on Osler Drive. On 9/6/23 I went to that location and when I arrived at the second floor asked where to go for x-rays . I was told they were not doing x-rays because of the renovations. This is a totally unacceptable situation where potential patients are being given false information. There definitely needs to be improved communications between Advanced departments. The Osler facility needs to advise their main headquarters the status of the operations, or the lack there of and when they will again be a fully functional Radiology center. Their rating should actually be a minus five star. There is no excuse for this type of performance when dealing with the public. I feel I am owed an apology for this type of treatment"
