"Aza in the Edwardsville store in Pennsylvania was a very kind tendon who listen to how I wanted my hair done and did exactly how I liked it she took her time and made sure that everything was to my like I would rate her 10 stars at this would be available she was very kind talkative and very professional best haircut I had in 40 plus years"

"I got highlights here a little section of my hair purple that didn’t show up even after bleach and it was at no fault of the stylist who was a nice lady but since i paid 130$ i was hoping i could get some type of refund or maybe a different service done so I didnt waste the money. When I came inside to speak with the management (who was a very nice lady) the other worker was making rude comments in front of many other customers embarrassing me basically insinuating in was my fault cause my hair was damaged. And saying I refused to take no for an answer. Thats not nessacarily even what happened so the hostility just made me feel super uncomfortable, what happened was I went in trying to perm my hair but a test strand showed that wasn’t a good idea so I settled on highlights in an attempt to try something different, they didn’t show, that’s all that really happened and I just do t get why the worker was rude to me and it was just a really weird scenario. Overall I’m just not gonna go here again I recommend ulta or other places but this place was expensive and I don’t like the hostile environment"
