"No nonsense process starting from the very kind and competent customer service desk who checked me in to the kind woman who placed me on the MRI table. I would suggest a debrief after the process. I got finished and was told "there is no check out process" I would have enjoyed if someone mentioned, the MRI is successful and it will reach your doctor in 2 days. All in all, it was a hassle free experience! Thank you!"

"The staff at advanced radiology are very professional and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I was greeted and tended to quickly. When called in the back I was tended to quickly and the test I was having was explained and was done before I knew it. My total time I spent with waiting to be called in the back and completing my test was no more than 25 minutes. To top it off I was sent off with a friendly goodbye from the person who ran the test to again the front office staff! I love to get treated like I matter and this office definitely made me feel like that. Great job to them all! Keep up the warm welcome of the team! :)"

"Website has hours starting at 7am Monday through Friday, but when you arrive they tell NO X-ray's until 8:30am. When you travel 40 minutes for an X-ray before work and then can't get it because you have to clock in at 8am. Poor business put the correct info on your website."

"I have Degenerative Disk Disease and needed an MRI of my lower back for the Neurosurgeon to evaluate me for surgery. Because I use a walker, it is often difficult to go to clinical appointments. From the time the transportation service dropped me off, I was able to use ramps to access their office. The doors were wide and easy to navigate. Check in was swift and I was able to wait in a comfortable chair with my cell phone plugged in to recharge. When I was called back for the exam, I was offered help with dressing and undressing, transferring to the exam table and returning to my walker. I was done 45 minutes early. They really know their stuff!"

"The young bleach blonde technician Sarah was exceptionally rude. As I was waiting for my MRI I heard them hysterically laughing. I honestly thought it was cute to hear how well they get along with each other. When I walked in the room, one person apologized to which Sarah stated “We were talking about you”. Another woman in the room told her that what she said was rude. I come in searching for answers for my ailment and I’m met with contempt. Which got me thinking…why are all the black women working there in the front but all the white women working as technicians. ALL of the black women in my inner circle are lawyers, operational managers, pharmacists, CAO for small companies, assistant principals, and family therapists-including me as I hold one of the positions I just mentioned. I find it hard pressed to believe they cannot find black technicians unless they are choosing not to hire them. I honestly don’t believe I will receive the same care as a white women now based on her demeanor and the racial make ups of the employees at this location and perhaps at all advanced radiologys. I’m asking my doctor to referrals to another company going forward. I was there 8-8-23"
